  • Retain one AFTER you confirm all fees, disbursements and taxes to be charged.

  • Arrange for your Realtor ® to send the purchase agreement to him/her.

MORTGAGE

  • Have the Bank or broker send mortgage instructions to your lawyer/notary.

GARBAGE PICKUP

  • a schedule of your pickup days can be obtained from the municipalities noted below.

  • Shop around and ensure that your coverage begins on the “Completion Date”
