There were 86 residential home sales and 328 new listings in this month, bringing total residential inventory to 1562. The sell to inventory ratio is 5.51% and on average each unit took 86 days to sell.

 

TOWNHOUSE STATS for FEBRUARY  2009


There were 18 townhouse sales and 105 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 564. The sell to inventory ratio is 3.19% and on average each unit took 103 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS for FEBRUARY  2009


There were 29 condo sales and 189 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1055. The sell to inventory ratio is 2.75% and on average each unit took 137 days to sell.

 

LOT STATS for FEBRUARY  2009
