There were 47 townhouse sales and 160 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 475. The sell to inventory ratio is 9.90% and on average each unit took 64 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS
There were 72 condo sales and 308 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1231. The sell to inventory ratio is 5.85% and on average each unit took 101 days to sell.

LOT STATS
There were 11 lot sales and 107 new listings in this month bringing the total lot inventory to 553. The sell to inventory ratio is 1.99% and on average each unit took 127 days to sell.
