TOWNHOUSE STATS for March 2010


There were 63 townhouse sales and 129 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 449. The sell to inventory ratio is 14.03% and on average each unit took 87 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS for March 2010


There were 56 condo sales and 260 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1091. The sell to inventory ratio is 5.13% and on average each unit took 128 days to sell.

 

LOT STATS for March 2010
