TOWNHOUSE STATS for May 2010


There were 62 townhouse sales and 150 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 504. The sell to inventory ratio is 12.30% and on average each unit took 80 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS for May 2010


There were 67 condo sales and 280 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1195. The sell to inventory ratio is 5.61% and on average each unit took 109 days to sell.

 

LOT STATS for May 2010
