There were 215 residential home sales and 330 new listings in this month, bringing total residential inventory to 1378. The sell to inventory ratio is 15.60% and on average each unit took 87 days to sell.

 

TOWNHOUSE STATS for October 2009


There were 56 townhouse sales and 78 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 448. The sell to inventory ratio is 12.50% and on average each unit took 79 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS for October 2009


There were 73 condo sales and 195 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1083. The sell to inventory ratio is 6.74% and on average each unit took 81 days to sell.

 

LOT STATS for October 2009
