There were 194 residential home sales and 554 new listings in this month, bringing total residential inventory to 1758. The sell to inventory ratio is 11.04% and on average each unit took 74 days to sell.

 

TOWNHOUSE STATS for April 2010


There were 50townhouse sales and 143 new listings in this month bringing the total townhouse inventory to 479. The sell to inventory ratio is 10.44% and on average each unit took 110 days to sell.

 

CONDO STATS for April 2010


There were 77 condo sales and 237 new listings in this month bringing the total condo inventory to 1122. The sell to inventory ratio is 6.86% and on average each unit took 149 days to sell.

 

LOT STATS for April 2010


There were 28 lot sales and 150 new listings in this month bringing the total lot inventory to 764. The sell to inventory ratio is 3.67% and on average each unit took 210 days to sell.
